What Will It Cost?
Your current cost of billing and collections may be difficult to determine. With PMB, there is no mystery. Under our Accounts Receivable Management and Billing Agreement, your rate is based on net collections, and includes:
courier service of billing data from your location to our office
audit and entry of billing data
generation of patient statements, including balance billing
generation of thrd party insurance claims; electronic or paper
collection and deposit of payments
response to patient and insurance company inquiries
credit balance refund checklist
follow-up on pended/rejected incorrectly paid insurance claims
follow-up on delinquent accounts
generation of management reports
claim forms, postage
complete billing document storage for 10 years
PMB does not charge a "set up" fee.
